Job Title: Partner Field/Event Marketing Specialist

Splunk is searching for a rockstar Partner Field Marketing Specialist to be a part of the Global Partner Marketing Team's growth journey, by driving and executing marketing programs, directly impacting pipeline generation as well as strengthening our brand in the region. In addition to this, the role will also drive and execute our ever-important virtual AMER field marketing partner campaigns.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager Partner Marketing leader, you will be enjoying the best of two worlds growing our partners' success and part of our fast-growing Partner Marketing team. The role is strongly focused on our success aligned to sales success if you have a background from sales, integrated campaigns, and field marketing, that will strengthen your case.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 10+ Program Partners activities & events.
  • Upload and track activities in Salesforce.com.
  • Execute the regional partner marketing plan, in project management style, to drive pipeline generation and brand awareness in the region.
  • Execute and drive both virtual and experiential campaigns to ensure the best experience is delivered.
  • Drive own marketing projects, as additions to and in alignment with already existing marketing plan.  
  • Own Eloqua campaign and element creations for the projects and work with our central global team at asset creation.
  • Work closely with the rest of the AMER and Global marketing teams to support the common goal of delivering pipe generation campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years’ experience in field or partner marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Experience managing projects and approximately 10+ Program Partners.
  • A teammate who has partnered with sales and marketing teams to align multi-channel engagement and execution.
  • Go-to person for running partner events from beginning to end and be able to track the impact of these events thru Salesforce.com.
  • Experience and proven track record from a similar, project-based marketing role.
  • Experience working hands on with Eloqua (or equivalent) and Salesforce to execute demand generation programs and measuring their effectiveness.
  • Event program management experience.
  • This is a turn-key role - We are not looking for someone who is strategic.
  • Project management experience.
  • Project leadership skills with an exceptional attention to details.
  • Must be able to multi-task.
  • Well versed within data driven marketing and the different tactics used in the region to attract our target audience is an advantage.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills is a must.
  • Operations/processed background.

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $30.00/hour - $40.00/hour W-2 Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met). Contract Duration: 7-months contract. This position will be remote.
